Overview
Xplosiv delivers two classic top-down shoot 'em up titles on one rapid fire disc.
Scrolling shooting action is the key ingredient of the Gunbird series. In the classic arcade genre it is on the top rungs of the ladder. Blazing action and blistering pace make this more of a gunfire inferno than a stroll down memory lane.
The special edition features two instalments of this retro title. The first expedition sees the five adventurers ready to do everything in their power to obtain the Atlers Mirror, an item with the power to grant any wish to its bearer. The second carnage ridden mission sees the same determined stalwarts in a quest for the Holy Elixir.
Various storylines unfold based upon your character combinations, resulting in a whopping 60 alternate endings. In addition the game is fully customizable in terms of duration, level, difficulty and number of rounds. Plus a two player option doubles the dosage of destruction you be dishing out.
