Mark PlayStation emails as safe

1. Sign in to your account, and go to your inbox.

2. On the left of the page, click [Add] (located next to [Contacts]).

3. Enter the PlayStation email addresses (news@emails.au.playstation.com / news@au.playstationmail.com).

4. Click [Save].

5. Alternatively, you may have already received an email from PlayStation. If so, simply open the email and click [Add to Contacts].

MSN Hotmail

1. Sign in to your account.

2. Open the email you have received from PlayStation.

3. Click [Mark as safe].

Windows Live Mail

1. Sign in to your account and go to your inbox.

2. Click [Options], then [More options] from the drop-down menu.

3. Click [Mail] (located on the left).

4. Click [Safe and blocked senders].

5. Click [Safe senders].

6. Enter the PlayStation email addresses (news@emails.au.playstation.com / news@au.playstationmail.com) and click [Add to list].

7. If you already have an email from PlayStation, open the email and click [Mark as safe].

1. Sign in to your account.

2. On the left of the page, click [Contacts].

3. Click [New], the [New contact].

4. Enter the PlayStation email addresses (news@emails.au.playstation.com / news@au.playstationmail.com)

5. Click [Create].

2. Click [Contacts] (located on the left).

3. Click the [New contact] logo.

4. Add the PlayStation email addresses into the text box (news@emails.au.playstation.com / news@au.playstationmail.com).

5. Click [Save].
