Greetings members, and welcome back to the Everbody's Golf Club newsletter! It's been a busy season, with plenty of changes around the club, and some brand new members for you to welcome onto the course. So read on for all the news and updates from the sunny hills of Everybody's course!

Member information

There's been an influx of new members into the club this year - keep an eye out for the following new faces around the club!

Nick: Easy to spot on the links thanks to his cowboy hat, this lad's keen golfing intelligence bodes well for his professional future.

Jasmine: Say hi to Jasmine if you see her around the course, but don't be surprised to lose if you play her! Following her father on weekends at the driving range is where she picked up her love of the game.

Yu-Min: We have a celebrity in our midst! This Korean American film star is rising fast - she was introduced to golf by her movie industry chums, and now she can't get enough of the game - so much so that for a while she neglected her career to spend more time on the practice range.

Bloom: Watch out for the smooth moves of Bloom, a humble street dancer who has climbed to the top of the showbiz world. He used to collect golf balls at a local club as a child, until his interest in golf was sparked after being invited to join a game by one of the club regulars, which he won handily.

There are plenty more new faces to see this year, so make sure you make them feel welcome! You may even see the world famous pro Japanese golfer Shigeki Maruyama, who has recently joined the club. Though he may play the joker, when it comes to golf he is all business. A true gentleman of the sport, Maruyama is ready to take on any challenge!

Course information

We've got some great new holes for you guys to play this year. Pristine lakes, traditional Japanese houses and baroque, gothic castles now dot the hills and fairways of your favourite courses. Will you be able to get a hole in one?

Swing advice

Fed up with your swing? Having trouble hitting those long drives you need to get your stroke count down? You may benefit from the new swing style we've introduced on the Everybody's Course. Replacing the old 3-click method, the new Advanced Shot method places the emphasis on your swing - the strength of the shot is determined by the angle of your swing and the straightness of your shot is determined by your timing as the club strikes the ball. Of course, you're free to use the old system as well; the choice is yours!

Welcome the new caddies!

With all the new courses we've introduced this year, you're going to need help from people who know what they're talking about. That's where our brand new caddies come in! Say hi to energetic Hannah, sweet-hearted Bonnie, cerebral Trent, cool Rina, reliable Eva, veteran Clark and legendary Maru-chan. They're all here to help you, so make sure you pick a caddy who knows their stuff to get your score down!

Tournaments

New this year are our tournaments, where you can play against up to 50 people at once! Don't worry about overcrowding on the fairway though - everyone gets to go round the course at their own pace. After all, it's only the final score that matters!
