Indie-folk singer Jose Gonzalez dropped by Rockstar Games' offices in New York to perform his song "Far Away", as featured in Red Dead Redemption.
Most of you will remember the song from when John Marston first reaches Mexico, riding horseback along a dusty trail between cascading red cliffs and the San Luis River; definitely one of Red Dead's most visually and sonically memorable moments.
Jose Gonzalez is a Swedish indie-folk singer known for his lo-fi guitar picking and distinctive vocal delivery. Jose Gonzalez scored a hit with his cover of The Knife's Heartbeats, which also wound up in the famous Sony Bravia Superball commercial.
