Community spirit

The PlayStation Community spirit was thriving during the Easter break in April 2011 with a series of fun events, classic games and discussions organised on the official PlayStation Forums and social media sites such as Facebook. Easter egg hunts, riddles and other activities engaged everyone with some terrific entertainment - and demonstrated the PlayStation Community's great sense of solidarity.

Players also had the chance to reveal their expectations of SOCOM: Special Forces, in preparation for fun filled evenings of tactical warfare.

Prepare for a superhero and enjoy a super anniversary

There's already a buzz of expectation sparking up in our inFamous thread, as superpowered sequel inFamous 2 edges closer to its June release. Why not join the electric atmosphere of anticipation and get chatting with other fans?

You can also join in the celebration of ModNation Racers' first anniversary, with a fantastic course of festivities and challenges where you can win some excellent prizes.

Fancy showing off your creative side? Then why not design your very own Portable ID theme in the official PlayStation Forums? Your design must be original and can even feature elements or ideas from the PlayStation Community. Our favourite designs will be shared with everyone, so make sure you don't miss this brilliant opportunity to reveal your imaginative creations with other fans.

Be the hero in your own SOCOM: Special Forces trailer

Ever wanted to see your face in your own personalised videogame trailer? Well, April was your chance on Facebook! A fun SOCOM: Special Forces app which launched on our Facebook page allowed fans to use a webcam to put themselves into the action. The app is still live, so head over to 'SOCOM Warface' at www.facebook.com/PlayStationAU to check it out.
