The [BD Internet Connection] option can be found under Settings > [BD/DVD Settings] in the PS3 Home Menu.
This option lets you decide if you want your PS3 system to connect to the Internet while playing BDs that support Profile 2.0 (BD-LIVE) so that you can obtain additional features for the video that you are playing.
Confirm: Set your system to prompt for confirmation before connecting to the Internet.
Allow: Set your system to connect to the Internet without confirmation.
