The next legend could be you at gamescom 2010

Sony Computer Entertainment today announced that gamers will have their first chance to get their hands on the hotly anticipated action MMO, DC Universe Online, at gamescom 2010 ahead of the game's worldwide release on PlayStation®3 and PC later this year.

The predicted 245,000 visitors to the world's largest games show will become the first in Europe to be able to create their own superhero persona and try out the eagerly-awaited title on both PS3 and PC at the Sony Computer Entertainment Europe consumer stand in Hall 07.1 of the Cologne Trade Fair Center, in Cologne, Germany from 18th to 22nd August 2010.

Anticipation for the game, which combines the in-depth involvement of Massively Multiplayer Online gaming with the stunning action and physics of the PS3 and PC, has reached fever point following the reveal of the latest stunning cinematic 'Story' trailer at Comic-Con in San Diego last month.

The only next-generation massively multiplayer online action game set in the DC Universe™ is set to deliver unparalleled physics-powered combat.
