Expand your entertainment at PlayStation Store

Find your way around PlayStation Store and download exciting new content to your PS3.

You can access PlayStation Store from your PS3 and browse for content that is available for download (such as games or game demos), even if you do not have a PlayStation Network account.

If you want to download content, you will need to sign up for PlayStation Network, sign in to your account, and then download the content from PlayStation Store.

Browsing PlayStation Store

To browse, select [PlayStation®Store] under [PlayStation®Network]. Follow the on-screen instructions to select your country or region of residence, language and date of birth.

On the main navigation on the left-hand side of PlayStation Store, you can access content via the following categories:

• PlayStation Plus: all PlayStation Plus content for that month.
• Latest: pick up the freshest content on the store.
• Charts: check out our best sellers, top rated content and other selections such as "best of...".
• All Games: here you will find all games, categorised alphabetically and by genre, as well as by content types such as minis, PS one Classics, PSP games, demos, and PlayStation Move and stereoscopic 3D compatible content.
• Demos: access all available demos.
• Franchises: content is grouped here by franchise, for example the Call Of Duty section contains all Call of Duty games, add-ons, themes and avatars.
• Themes & Avatars: find downloads to give your PS3 a fresh new look.
• Other Media: additional content such as game trailers, soundtracks, applications and services, for example Filmy and MUBI.

You can move between pages by pressing the X button to select an item and the Circle button to go back.

When browsing PlayStation Store, the following icons indicate the status of each content item:

Items that you purchased

Items that are in your cart

Creating a PlayStation Network account (signing up for PlayStation Network)

If you select the control buttons at the top right corner of the PlayStation Store screen, or if you try to download content or add content to the shopping cart, you will be directed to the PlayStation Network sign-up screen. Follow the on-screen instructions to create a PlayStation Network account.
