Presentation

Amazing anime

Staying faithful to the Naruto universe, NARUTO SHIPPUDEN: Kizuna Drive features classic, anime characters in a colourful world, coupled with a captivating storyline that draws you in right from the beginning.

The many characters all have their own unique style and abilities - you can check out the different Ninja Tools and Jutsu moves that each fighter has within the Customise option. Here, you'll notice that even the game's menus have been designed with a traditional manga influence.

Battles are accompanied by slow, intense music, and after a few deadly ninja kicks and punches, the atmosphere becomes dramatic- the perfect partner for your crippling combat. Spectacular bosses have tons of cunning abilities - some can dive underground, throw bombs and even clone themselves, so keep your wits about you.

Prepare for action-packed brawls with monstrous bosses, dazzling finishing moves and tons of characters, both new and old.

Gameplay

A deadly quest...

NARUTO SHIPPUDEN: Kizuna Drive, exclusive to PSP, follows Naruto and his friends after they are blamed for destroying a remote village.

In true Naruto fashion, your journey through the game's story mode - Scenario Mission -sees you battle with groups of deadly enemies to try and clear Naruto's name and find the real culprits. You and your clan of brawlers come across sly ninjas, brutal bandits and ferocious bosses to unleash your toughest Jutsu moves on.

Along with your lethal finishing moves, use wit and stealth to lure enemies into traps, sneak up behind foes and distract bosses while the rest of your team pounce. There are plenty of weapons, tools and objects to collect to add some sting to your attack.

Alongside the intriguing storyline is Free Mission mode, where you can assemble your very own team of fighters, play through objective-based levels and brush up on your hard-hitting ninja skills. There are even more Free Mission levels unlock as you progress through Scenario Missions. Assume the role of Naruto himself, or choose to play as Sakura, Kakashi or many other familiar faces from the Naruto series. You can rest assured that Naruto won't be far away, as the game is tightly focused on teamwork.

Feel the force of four

Multiplayer

Feel the force of four

In its multiplayer mode, NARUTO SHIPPUDEN: Kizuna Drive puts real emphasis on the importance of teamwork. You and your band of fearsome fighters must join forces and utilise each other's abilities in order to complete each challenge.

In Free Mission mode up to three friends can join you and aid your mission with special moves, attacks and weapons via Ad Hoc mode on PSP. Once you have chosen your characters from a selection of old and new Naruto faces, you're ready to set out on your mission.

There are many ways to combine your efforts. Perform the ultimate combo on a stunned enemy by hurling him between the four of you and then attack him with crippling moves. If you're stuck, remember that walls of lightning can be broken if you attack at the same time, and use your fellow ninjas to distract or lure in enemies while you prepare for the perfect Jutsu strike.
