Check out seven of the finest titles set to hit PSP this year.

Patapon 3

Prepare to fight to the catchiest war cries on the move, as Patapon 3 brings its insanely addictive rhythm action gameplay to PSP. Join the bubbly Patapons as they embark on a daring rescue mission to free their spellbound comrades from evil forces, and take advantage of the new Superhero Patapon to unleash some devastatingly catchy ditties on your enemies. Level up, evolve into other Patapon forms and babble with other Patapons using the all new Quips chat system. All together now: "Pata-pata-pata-pon!"

The 3rd Birthday

Aya Brea has seen some horrors in her time since starring in the classic chiller Parasite Eve on the original PlayStation, but nothing has prepared her for downtown Manhattan being strangled by a pure evil known as the Twisted. Luckily she has a special string to her bow, the top secret OverDive ability augmenting her running and gunning. She can inhabit any nearby body, adding a unique twist to puzzles and revealing all sides of the grisly story exclusively on PSP.

Ben 10 Ultimate Alien: Cosmic Destruction

A global pursuit of mysterious alien artefacts beckons for young Ben Tennyson, better known as shape-shifting hero Ben 10, in his latest PSP adventure. In a desperate race to ward off a deadly cosmic storm heading Earth's way, Ben 10 must scour Rome, Paris, Tokyo and the rainforests of the Amazon, all the while dodging ruthless alien bounty hunters with money – and not the Earth's survival – in mind.

LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars

The saga continues in its funniest form as LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars heads to PSP. Play as characters from both factions of the Clone Wars – the Republic, counting Obi Wan Kenobe and Yoda among its allies; and the Separatists, with Count Dooku and the terrifying General Grievous – as well as old favourites like Lord Vader himself. Commandeer vast droid armies in the biggest LEGO Star Wars battles ever, or play co-operatively with a friend as the hugely popular series reveals the latest brick up its sleeve.

WWE All Stars

Imagine if the already ludicrously beefy WWE wrestlers underwent a top secret bioengineering project in some mountain bunker. WWE All Stars would be the result, all pumped up muscle and not a shred of flab anywhere. This streamlined approach stretches to the control system, which makes each outrageous move easily accessible, letting you dish out a pounding with current stars and all-time legends like John Cena and The Rock. Bring the pain on PSP!

TACTICS OGRE: Let Us Cling Together

One of the most cherished role-playing games of the 1990s is reborn on PSP, as TACTICS OGRE: Let Us Cling Together heads to the system. As well as reworked visuals and effects that sparkle on PSP, a re-arranged soundtrack and intricately detailed character attributes, the new Wheel of Fortune feature ensures no two experiences of this distinctive world are the same, giving plenty of replay value.

Naruto Shippuden: Kizuna Drive

In another must-buy for fans of the incredibly popular manga series, Naruto Shippuden: Kizuna Drive storms PSP in a blur of eye-popping graphics and furious ninja action. Up to four players can combine Wirelessly to take on wave upon wave of deadly beasts, culminating in epic boss battles against the likes of Kyubi and Shukaku. Naruto fans cannot afford to miss this on PSP.
